Return Policy

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Fermob USA, you may return it for a refund under the following conditions:

• Fermob USA must be contacted within 15 days after you have received your order by explaining the reason for the return request.
• Within 72 business hours you will receive a return authorization document for your return. You must include a printed copy of this document with your return.
• The product must be returned to Fermob USA in 'as new', unused, undamaged condition in its original packaging. If for any reason your product is not in ‘as new’ condition, your account will not be refunded (no exceptions). Returned products must be received back within 30 days of delivery.
• Please include a printed return authorization document inside your package so we can process your return quickly & efficiently.
• Return shipping charges will be at the customer's expense.
• Special order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Tax will be refunded in accordance with applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition because of misuse or damage caused by a customer. Please keep in mind that furniture is vulnerable to damage during shipping. For this reason, it’s important that you keep and use the original packaging materials for any items you wish to return.

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return and send the items back to us.
