PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

As part of the online sale of its Products, Fermob may collect personal data relating to Customers, necessary for the registration, processing, and tracking of orders, such as: title, name, surname, delivery address, billing address, email address, and phone number.

Other uses of Customer data by Fermob may include:

> Geolocation to assist in finding Fermob resellers and stores near the Customer's position, provided the Customer shares their location through cookies or their browser.
