Maintenance

Fermob lighting fixtures are quality products that require some precautions to maintain all their advantages.

  • Recharge in a sheltered area away from the elements in an environment with a temperature between 32°F and 104°F
  • Clean regularly
  • Use only the charging or power sources provided
  • Avoid completely discharging the battery of your lighting
  • Prefer short and frequent charges

Do not immerse electronic products and limit their exposure to aqueous products.

Cleaning

Use clear or soapy water, or a neutral pH detergent (5 to 8) for heavy stains.

Apply using a soft sponge or a soft white cloth made of non-abrasive material..

Rinse with water.

Wipe carefully to avoid limescale marks.

  •

Always perform a preliminary test on inconspicuous and restricted areas to determine compatibility

Do not use abrasive materials or those that could damage the surface (abrasive sponges, steel wool, pads, scouring creams or powders, dyed fabrics that may leave deposits, etc.)

Do not use aggressive chemical products (solvents, alkaline detergents, etc.).

Be cautious of areas that can trap cleaners and exacerbate material deterioration.

Follow the usage conditions of the products used (dilution, application, contact time, etc.).

Limit the use of high-pressure devices by following the prescribed operating procedure (application distance, pressure, type of nozzle, temperature, use of chemicals)
